The USER and/or VISITOR undertakes to use the Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, diligently, correctly, and lawfully, and in accordance with morals and good customs. The USER and/or VISITOR will be liable for damages of any nature that H+Trace may suffer, directly or indirectly, as a result of the breach of any of the obligations arising from these Terms and Conditions.
H+Trace may temporarily suspend or terminate the publication of the page without prior notice and at any time, without this generating any right to compensation in favor of the USER and/or VISITOR.
The USER and/or VISITOR acknowledges and accepts that the use of this page is at their own and exclusive risk.
The USER and/or VISITOR acknowledges and accepts that H+Trace, nor its directors, administrators, employees or representatives of any of them, are responsible for damages that arise from or result from the use of this page, including any error, omission, interruption, failure, deletion of files or emails, defects, viruses, and/or delays in operation or transmission and/or any other type of issue.

5. VIOLATIONS OF THE SYSTEM OR DATABASES
Any action or use of devices, software, or other instruments aimed at interfering with both the activities and operations of H+Trace, as well as the offers, descriptions, accounts, or databases of H+Trace, is unlawful. Any intrusion, attempt, or violative or contrary activity to the laws on intellectual property rights, system security, and/or the prohibitions stipulated in this document will make the responsible party liable for the relevant legal actions and the sanctions provided for in this agreement.
6. JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. The USER and/or VISITOR agree that any legal action or proceeding between H+Trace and them, for any purpose regarding these Terms and Conditions, shall be brought exclusively in the Ordinary Courts of the Commercial Jurisdiction of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
